My friend Evan had this great idea to make a series of greeting cards for unpleasant situations. Cards were meant for women who had faced difficult times in their lives. I made the illustration for one of those.

It is always easy to congratulate people on their birthday or wedding day. But everyone knows how hard it is to find words when someone is struggling. It's not easy to know what to say when someone loses a loved one, has trouble with health, gets abused - or whatever shitty surprises this world has to offer.
